Will My Nikon N60 Lenses Fit A Nikon D90 Camera As Well?

Wednesday Jul 28, 2010

im just curious…
cause then if i buy a D90 i wont have to buy a lense for it and save some money :)

Thes lenses will FIT and will have full function. BUT when using the view finder, you will see more than your D90 will photograph. This is because the lenses for the N60 are designed to project onto a larger sensor (35mm film as opposed to a cropped frame sensor.

If you use a D90 lens on your N60 on the other hand, part of the film will probably not be exposed.

However, both cameras use Nikkor lenses, which have the same mounts.

Regards.
